1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you as a user ("Member") and dhx4d as the operator of an online Sports Betting and gaming platform in Malaysia. By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by dhx4d, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by all provisions set out in these Terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the dhx4d platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) dhx4d account only. Opening or maintaining more than one account is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate freezing of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any outstanding balances and unprocessed winnings.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
• All activity occurring in your account is considered your own unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to dhx4d.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

6 Bonus & Promotions Important

Dhx4d offers a range of bonus and promotion programmes for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and eligibility conditions as specified in the individual promotion terms for each offer. The following are the general principles governing all bonuses at dhx4d:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once by opening additional accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

• Inactivity: Accounts showing no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of RM5 will be charged on inactive account balances until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
